The EBD (LED Bargraph Display) is a 4-digit, automatic tricolor bargraph, edgewise digital panel meter. The bargraph display allows for quick, customizable process monitoring, with easy-to-read limit markings and great visibility in a popular 6" form factor. The LED digital display provides the precision required for critical operations. Input signal types range from 4-20mA current loops to RTD temperature-sensing to strain-gages—almost any type of sensor signal can be used! The meter can be powered externally with both AC and DC voltages and is configured with a user-friendly command set over any RS-232, RS-385, or USB network. It can function as a programmable controller, with 4 relays and a DAC for voltage or 4-20mA current loop transmission. Let the EBD be the digital gauge for your system today!

The HI-Q 114 is Otek’s tallest bar graph display meter, designed to replace obsolete analog edgewise bar graphs. It is part of Otek’s line of versatile programmable process controllers that are extremely adaptable and can be customized or programmed uniquely to a variety of process control systems and applications. Input linearization including polynomials, X-Y tables (TC & RTD), flow calculations, and a variety of other mathematical functions make this digital panel meter an ideal tool for process monitoring and automation. With an interchangeable faceplate the bar graph can be customized to display a wide range of variables and scales, including watts, volts, amps, RPM, percent or any sensor output. The HI-Q114 brings color to the instrument panel or control room with a 51-segment LED display that allows range based control of the color displayed. The automatic tri color bar changes color upon exceeding programmable limits, the standard settings are red for very low (or high), yellow for caution, and green for normal range, which complies with HMI and NUREG 0800.  A 4-digit LED segment display complements the bar graph for high precision and easy interaction.  The HI-Q114 is available with 1, 2 or 3 analog inputs, and with analog outputs, up to six 10 A relays or up to eight Open Collector Transistors. All settings are accessible over the meter’s serial port. Its ability to transmit readings makes this digital panel meter ideal for integration with DCS, SCADA and other control system applications. This instrument is fitted with screw terminal connectors for all analog I/O, a DB-9 connector for the serial connection option and is compatible with USB 2.0 via a converter (USB-232). The HI-Q114 bar graph display meter is HMI/MMI qualified and compliant with many military, nuclear, and aerospace requirements such as MIL- STD 461, 901, 167 and RTCA 160.

This model was designed to replace the old technology of electromechanical analog edgewise bar graph panel meters. The HI-Q 116 is highly programmable and available with single or dual bar graph displays. It is capable of displaying a large number of variables and scales, including watts, volts, amps, RPM, percent or any sensor output. Up to two displays are 4 digit LED displays that complement the bar graph displays by adding precision. One or two 51-segment LED arrays, or bar graphs, allow for range based control of the color displayed. All displays can be configured with programmable limits and allow for dimming, blinking, and pointing. Standard colors include red, green, and amber with others available upon request.
