Bargraphs > Switchboard/DIN

The DIN-BAR (1.88"W x 3.75"H x 4.40"D) is an auto-tricolor barg-digital controller. Enclosed in a standard 1/8 Din NEMA 4X Housing and includes plug-in screw terminal connectors for all I/O, except the Serial "RS" which uses a "DB-9" Connector.

The DIN-BAR  was speci? cally designed to replace (form & ?t) the old electromechanical bargraphs, with 21st Century Technology exclusive to OTEK, the originator of the Automatic Tricolor Bargraph  P.I.C. (Programmable Intelligent Controllers).  The only similarity is the panel cut out, mounting and bezel. The rest is all OTEK's proven design with thousands of units installed from Space Stations  to Military, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Transportation and other critical industries (all products are LIFETIME (LTD) WARRANTEED .) The New "DIN-BAR" is enclosed in a standard 1/8 Din  NEMA 4X Housing and includes plug-in screw terminal connectors for all  I/O,  except  the Serial "RS" which uses a "DB-9" Connector. It can be used as a remote display (serial input) for PLC, DCS, SCADA or Stand Alone with Analog I/O with 4 Relays.  Power Inputs for 5VDC, 10-32VDC, 18-75VDC or 90-265VAC  are available. The 51 Segment Bargraph changes color automatically upon reaching  programmable limit(s) and can be con? gured for dimming and blinking. The digital display (4 digits) provides  0.1% resolution. The Math Functions (Floating Point Math) allow scienti? c calculations, such as Polynomials (9th), X-Y Tables and Flow Calculations.

The HI-Q123 replaces old analog circular meters by using a circular LCD bar graph instead of the traditional metal needle. The meter has 101 bars (1% resolution) on its LCD display. Similar to the rest of Otek’s HI-Q series, this meter allows for range based control of the display, is capable of supporting programmable limits and has settings for dimming, blinking, and pointing. Standard colors include red, green, and amber with others available upon request. The circular bar graph surrounds a 5-digit LED display for added precision and ease of interaction. The HI-Q 123 is highly programmable and capable of displaying a large number of variables and scales, including watts, volts, amps, RPM, percent, or any sensor output such as a 4 to 20 mA output. Input linearization including polynomials, X-Y tables (TC & RTD), flow calculations, and a variety of other mathematical functions make this digital panel meter an ideal tool for process monitoring and automation. The panel instrument is available with 1, 2 or 3 analog inputs, and with analog outputs, up to six 10 A relays or up to eight Open Collector Transistors. All settings are accessible over the meter’s serial port or through an optimal four button keypad on the meter’s face. Its ability to transmit readings makes this digital panel meter ideal for integration with DCS, SCADA and other control system applications. This instrument is fitted with screw terminal connectors for all analog I/O, a DB-9 connector for the serial connection option and is compatible with USB 2.0 via a converter (USB Transceiver). The HI-Q123 circular bar graph display is HMI/MMI qualified and compliant with many military, nuclear, and aerospace requirements.

The HI-Q124 replaces old analog circular needle meters. This circular bar graph contains 101 “needles” (1% resolution) on the face of its LCD display. Similar to the rest of Otek’s HI-Q series this meter allows for range based control of the display, configurable with programmable limits that allow for dimming, blinking, and pointing. The background color of the instrument automatically changes with range to the standard colors red, green, and amber with others available upon request. The circular bar graph surrounds a 5-digit LED display for added precision and ease of interaction. The HI-Q 124 is highly programmable and capable of displaying a large number of variables and scales, including watts, volts, amps, RPM, percent or any sensor output such as a 4 to 20 mA output.
