OTEK's HI-QTBS (4.35"W x 4.35"H x 1.00"D) is a programmable intelligent controller with bargraph-digital LEDs display. 101 segments and 6 alpha-numeric digital display.

WHAT IS IT? •It is a Computing Controller  •It is a DCS to Process Interface •It is a Process to SCADA Interface •It is a Remote Process Reporter  •It is a Single Loop Process Controller •It is a Programmable Logic Controller (P.L.C.) •Or Just a Meter!!

OTEK's LSB (4.35"W x 4.35"H) is a loop powered switchboard/circular bargaph with a 4 1/2 digital LCD display. Great choice to replace old analog style meters.

In 1975 OTEK introduced the World's First Loop Powered DPM. In 1979, The First Loop Powered Bargraph. In 1996 the Automatic Tri-Color Bargraph and in 2004 the World's First Loop Powered Serial I/O DPM. Now OTEK brings you the  World's First Loop or A.C. Signal Powered Bargraph (Pat. # 7,626,378 & 4,908,569).  The bargraph gives you trend and digital accuracy.

DISPLAYS:
The LSB is available with 101 segments (bars) or 101 needles. Loop Powered or externally powered, with or without automatic tricolor backlight. The LSB is fully con? gurable for many functions.
Standard calibration and con?guration (unless otherwise speci? ed) is:
a. Left Zero, 4-20mA or 0-2V = 0 - 100.0 & 0-100 bargraph segments.
b. Alarm Annunciators (bars only reverse acting) set for: 25, 50, 75 & 100% of Scale.
c. Backlight: Red: 0-10%, Amber: 10-20%, Green: 20-80%, Amber: 80-90%, Red: 90-100%. But, if  you need to change it, just plug a hand held terminal into the Com connector on the back of the unit.

LOOP POWERED:
Use it to monitor or control any process and if you enable the backlite colors, it will inform the operator of limits exceeded.  If you use the serial port it will communicate with other intelligent instruments (DCS, SCADA, PC, PLC, etc.) or even become a remote display.  A.C. SIGNAL POWERED:  No power supply is required!  The LSB draws its parasitic power (~50mA) from the signal it measures.  Again backlite colors and RS232E are available to help you control the process.  WARNING:  No isolation; use P.T. and C. T. (no control outputs). EXTERNALLY POWERED:  Here you have access to  ALL the LSB's features such as relays, analog out, USB, RS232C, RS485, math functions, X-Y tables, polynomials, ? oating point and more.

OTEK's TAC (4.35"W x 4.35"H) is a triple A.C. signal powered panel meter for AC volts, amps, watts and Hz.

OTEK has taken its ACS Series and by popular demand combined 3 out of 4 A.C. variables in one  case. The TAC (Triple A.C. Signal Powered) Series is available in either plastic or metal ANSI 4" (Switchboard). The TAC has no depth behind the panel ( only 1 1/2" on the front). The TAC displays any 3 AC Variables such as V, A&W, or V, A & Hz single phase or V/A/W 3 phase delta or WY on its large 3 1/2 digit display behind the NEMA 4X ? lter. The Patented (#4,908,569) and Patent Pending Technology allows the TAC to power itself directly from the signal it measures either directly or through a P.T. & C.T. without affecting their integrity. Single Phase: Monitor with one small instrument any 3 out of 4 variables (See Ordering Information).Three (3) Phase: You have a choice of 3 each single phase "TACs" (one for each phase) or one "TAC" for VOLTS (Phases A, B & C) one for AMPS, one for WATTS and one for HERTZ. Contact OTEK for your custom con? guration.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Just like analog meters, if the signal is too small, the TAC will not function but it does not mean there is no power. Always use CAUTION when connecting/disconnecting the TAC from the mains or PT/CT. There is NO internal isolation from V & A when using Watts function. Always use a C.T. and P.T.
