NTM-X: Loop, Signal or Externally Powered Digital and Analog Replacement Meter

The NTM-P housing is an industry standard 6.6 x 1.4" available in plastic. This single channel unit is available in loop (4-20mA), A.C. signal or external power to replace fit, form and function any analog or digital panel meter. Our Powerless (loop/signal) versions only consume <60mW, comparable to an analog meter! The external power series features over 30 signal conditioners.

The unit is equipped with a 51 segment automatic and programmable tricolor bargraph and four digit LED display (9.9.9.9 and -1.9.9.9). Standard factory set color changes are: red: <10 and >90%, yellow: <20 and >80%, green: >20 and <80% of full scale (you can change it with simple commands).

The NTM-P features automatic signal fail detect (open or short) and serial transmission with run time stamp and unit ID. Serial communication options include USB and RS485.

Our patented (and pending) hardware and firmware gives you the highest reliability at the lowest cost. Our flexible firmware allows the NTM-P to operate efficiently with improved response time and offers several math functions such as X-Y tables, polynomials and log-anti-log functions.

Additional features of the external powered NTM-P include isolated retransmission (4-20mA or 30V) and universal power inputs (5-32VDC or 90-265VAC).

The UPM-0 is available in either a loop (4-20mA), A.C. or D.C. signal or external power version. The external powered versions can accommodate 4 relays, isolated DAC and power for the analog output (1 per channel).  Other options include >30 signal conditioners and isolated input power options, as well as Ethernet, USB or RS485 and automatic/programmable colors (red/green/yellow) on each character.

You can use the UPM as a DPM (Digital Panel Meter) for analog inputs and/or a universal timer/counter for 15 different functions, including Log & Anti-Log, Datum Zero, Frequency, etc.  In addition, the included match functions (+, -, √, ÷, x) enable it to be used as a scientific counter.

The UPM-0 meets 1/8 DIN mechanical dimensions and is available in Nuclear Class 1E, MIL-Std., and industrial grades.

The UPM Series features 10 different mechanical models, from the flat pack to the explosion proof, and custom orders are welcome!

As with all our products, the UPM comes with a Lifetime Warranty (limited) and has a CMTBF (Calulated Mean Time Between Failure) of 40 years!
